How to Install HC'S Recovery Flasher v1.65

1.) Download the Recovery Flasher v1.65 ( Download Link Above )

2.) Plug In your psp

6.) Open "rflash165.rar" file and copy "RECOVERY" folder ONLY !

7.) Paste it at your PSP folder--->GAME folder--->"Paste RECOVERY Folder there"

( RECOVERY folder must be all caps , if not it will load forever ) ( failure loading )

8.) Disconnect your PSP and view your GAMES. It will be there.

How to recover a semi-brick using HC'S Recovery Flasher v1.65

(Note : Your battery's power is at least 50% Charged )

(Note 2 : This is for SEMI-BRICKED PSP's only , not for up/downgrading PSP )

( You need this PBP) ( Download Above )

1.) Download 500.PBP and copy + paste it at the root of your memory stick ( DO NOT PUT IT AT MS_ROOT )

2.) Download Hellcat's Recovery Flasher and copy the folder "RECOVERY" and paste it at 

PSP folder--->GAME folder--->" Put the "RECOVERY" folder here "

3.) Launch Hellcats Recovery Flasher (all plugins must be disabled before running HC' Recovery flasher)

 (IMPORTANT)

4.) Choose the 2nd option and install it

( The green text should say : "This option will install a fresh M33 CFW of the selected version. For Recovering semi-bricks or up/downgrading your CFW.)

( Target must be : 5.00 )

( 5.00.PBP should be installed in the root fo your memory stick )

5.) Ok , wait while the process is not complete.

~IMPORTANT NOTES~ :

(Note 1 : if you turn off your psp it will corrupt the flash and it will be bricked again , and you must start over )

(Note 2 : Do not do anything while the process is not complete.

(Note 3 : Be patient. :D )

6.) After installing it , press any button to reboot your PSP.

( Note 1 : Wait while the green light flashes and turns off COMPLETELY )

7.) Turn on your psp and YEHEY ! your psp is now fixed ! check your version ! it will be 5.00M33-6 !
